Zach Medin Is Top Predictor In Weekly Pace Race

Zach Medin is the top predictor in the weekly pace race Tuesday on the pollution control plant road at the bottom of Main Hill Road with an 11 second difference from his predicted time. 
Other accurate predictors were: Scot Halverson and John Ullmann tied at 13 seconds off, Nicholas Parra-Vasquez with a 19 second differential, Ian Cunningham at 24 seconds off and Kevin Love recording a 26 second difference.
On the 1 mile course 8 year old William Strother was the best finisher with a time of 7:40. The top female was Mariela Saenz at 8:14.
Ryan Smeltzer had a 21:00 for the top finish in the 3 mile distance. Nikol Strother was the best female at 21:14.
Next week’s race is 6 p.m., Tuesday, April 18 on the Canada del Buey Trail in White Rock starting next to Chamisa Elementary School on Meadow Lane. 1 and 3 mile courses will be available.
