Section Of Arizona Street Closed Wednesday-Thursday

DPU News:

Weather permitting, Parker Construction, under contract with Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities, will close a section of Arizona Street east of 45 Street at the unpaved water tank access road.

Crews will repair a waterline. The utility work will occur for two days, beginning Wednesday, Feb. 27 through Thursday, Feb. 28. Traffic control devices to close the section of road will be erected each at 8:30 a.m. and removed by 4 p.m. each day.

Access will be maintained to all homes. Properties west of the construction zone will be detoured to 45 St. and properties east of the construction zone will be detoured to 36 St.  Drivers are urged to observe the speed limit and traffic control signs.
