Our beloved, Stella Trujillo, 70, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017 surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Stella was born February 1, 1947 in Nambe, New Mexico where she resided until her passing. In 1963 she married Tony Trujillo the love of her life, and enjoyed 54 wonderful years of marriage. Together they raised two children and were blessed with three granddaughters whom she was always bragging about.  Stella was a strong, caring, loving and compassionate woman of great faith and devotion to God.

In 1993, Stella founded Light Styles of Santa Fe, a business that began with her vision to create art through light. It became her greatest passion and is one of her many legacies. Her spirit, drive, and support from her family and friends gave her the courage to begin this endeavor which turned into a successful business for over 24 years. Her outgoing personality, love of others, and passion to create artwork has touched many lives through the years. She will greatly be missed.
