NMSP: Statewide Child Support Warrant Operation

The New Mexico State Police (NMSP) was tasked Nov. 1 with a statewide Human Services Division Child Support Warrant Roundup.
 
During the operation, 48 individuals who had outstanding arrest warrants for not paying child support were arrested.
 
Due to the size of the operation and the amount of warrants to serve, NMSP worked with the following agencies:
  • Albuquerque Prisoner Transport Center;
  • Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office;
  • Chavez County Sheriff’s Office;
  • Deming Police Department;
  • Eddy County Sheriff’s Office;
  • Farmington Police Department;
  • Las Cruces Police Department;
  • Lea County Sheriff’s Office;
  • McKinley County Sheriff’s Department;
  • New Mexico Mounted Patrol;
  • New Mexico State University Police Department;
  • Sandoval County Sheriff’s Department; and
  • Valencia County Sheriff’s Department.
