The Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Service Hospice Program (LAVNS) is having its annual “Daffodils for Hospice” sale.

Proceeds from the sale support the Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Service Hospice program for terminally ill individuals. Daffodil pre-orders are being taken now through March 1.  Individuals may order individual bunches (10 stems) for $5 each or if they buy three bunches they will receive a free vase (while supplies last).

With a $10 minimum purchase, LAVNS is offering free delivery Saturday, March 9 in Los Alamos County. Non-delivery pre-orders can be picked up 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., March 7 and March 8 at “Daffodil Central” 2202 Canyon Road.

Watch for location sales March 7-9 at Los Alamos National Bank, Smith’s grocery stores and Uli’s. If interested in placing an order, call Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Service at 505.662.2525 or order online at
