The Daily Post Loves Los Alamos!

on February 1, 2019 - 3:35pm

Los Alamos Daily Post reporters Kirsten Laskey, left, and Bonnie Gordon with Punxsutawney Phil show their love today at the Post headquarters for Los Alamos because 'It's filled with such fascinating people'! The County is encouraging residents and visitors to show their love for Los Alamos throughout February by taking a selfie with one of many heart-themed frames or posters available at various County and other participating facilities and sharing the post on social media with the hashtag #lovelosalamos. Participants are encouraged to state 'why' they love Los Alamos along with posting their photo. Frames and posters are available starting today – just in time for the Creative Crawl kickoff this afternoon around the community. Those who participate with public posts will be collected and entered into a random drawing at the end of February. One winner will be drawn to receive a framed canvas print of Los Alamos. Punxsutawney Phil stopped by the Post to discuss his upcoming schedule of appearances for Groundhog Day, which is Saturday. #lovelosalamos Photo by Carol A. Clark/ladailypost.com
