Council Approves Trinity Lease Transfer to Kroger!

on September 24, 2012 - 9:05pm

The Los Alamos County Council this evening voted 5 to 2 to approve the lease transfer of the Trinity Site Development project from North American Development Group (NADG) to Kroger. NADG pulled out of the project earlier this month citing disappointment in lease activities and opted to transfer the development lease to Kroger, pending Council approval. Council Vice Chair Geoff Rodgers and Councilor Michael Wismer voted against the motion. The lease transfer to Kroger will set the project back by as much as six months with the expected store opening moved to early 2014. Photo by Carol A. Clark/ladailypost.ocm
