‘Little Shops’ Pop-Up Sales Registration Ends Nov. 8

Vendors wishing to explore “group sales” at a trial pop-up event have until Nov. 8 to register at The Family YMCA, 1450 Iris St.
Los Alamos County’s Discoveries Action Team is working with The Family YMCA to host this “Little Shops” pop-up vending event Saturday Nov. 30 and Saturday Dec. 7 in the Y’s gymnasium. 
Nineteen vendors have registered so far. Registration must be completed by Nov. 8 so individual vendors may be listed on advertisements.
Registration costs $25 and enables a vendor to sell at both Saturday events. The vendor must supply their own table. Set-up starts at 8 a.m. and sales run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each Saturday.
The Y is hosting the sales event Nov. 30 (Small Business Saturday) and Dec. 7 (Los Alamos WinterFest). Vendor fees will support the Y’s financial assistance program, and go toward advertsing this event.
While the event is aimed at helping local vendors gather selling data, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and open to anyone interested.
