Construction Work Continues at Smith’s Marketplace

COUNTY News:

Final exterior finishes are being installed on the retail shops around the perimeter of the Smith’s Marketplace site. Concrete is being poured on the interior and framing is underway for the interior and exterior at the Smith’s Marketplace Store.

The County anticipates completing  roadwork at DP Road and Trinity Drive soon. Smith’s Marketplace has started work on the Mari Mac shopping Center entrance and parking lot. 

There will be a light signal installed at the entrance of the Trinity Center going across to Mari Mac to accommodate safe flow of traffic between the shopping areas that will be under construction in the next several weeks. 

The project is on track for a July grand opening.
