COUNTY News:

Beginning at 5 a.m., Saturday, May 3, Los Alamos County Traffic and Streets crews will install a concrete barrier wall along Trinity Drive, behind the sidewalk between 20th Street and Oppenheimer Drive, near Ashley Pond.

Westbound traffic will be shifted into the left lane, and bicycle traffic will share the roadway.

The barrier is being installed to enhance safety for attendees during special events at Ashley Pond.

Drivers are advised to reduce speed in the area and remain alert for cyclists, pedestrians, construction crews, and equipment.
