Community Invited to Habitat for Humanity Event

HFH News:

Community invited to Habitat for Humanity event 1-3 p.m. Sunday, May 5 at Camino Habitat, warehouse space at the end of the Subdivision Property in Espanola.

Special Presentations:

Jimmy Carter workproject – local volunteers will make a special presentation and be available to answer questions regarding their recent volunteer experiences in:

  • Paraguay, Bonnie and Roger Cardon
  • Haiti, Laura McClellan
  • House Blessing of completed 8th new Habitat House.
  • Ground Blessing of Houses # 9 and #10 (under construction.)

Sign up to volunteer! New House Construction will begin every Saturday, starting May 11 with a Special Women Build Workday.

Learn about all Volunteer Opportunities locally. Construction Volunteers are needed every Saturday. Sign up online at habitatvolunteerevla@gmail.com. Stop in at the Habitat ReStore, 726 N. Riverside Dr. in Espanola.
