Assets In Action would like to highlight good deeds done throughout our community, the state or the world, with the sixth annual Assets In Action Community Asset Awards sponsored by Champions of Youth Ambitions (C’YA).

 One special person will be selected to receive the Spirit of the West Award.

To nominate someone:

• Select a category for the nominee: Individual, Senior Citizen, Youth Business, Couple, or Other (specify)
• Select an asset category:
• Support Boundaries and Expectations;
• Positive Identity;
• Constructive Use of Time;
• Commitment to Learning;
• Positive Values Empowerment; or
• Social Competencies.
• Tell about your nominee and how they have been an asset in the community.
• Add additional information you would like the awards committee to know about your nominee
• Include your name, email address and phone number

Mail completed entries by Dec. 22 to Assets In Action, 77 Isleta Dr., Los Alamos, NM 87544.

All nominees will be recognized at a January 2015 event.
