YMCA News:

Individuals throughout northern New Mexico are invited to attend The Family YMCA’s annual Red and Black Ball.

The popular event is 5-11 p.m. Saturday, March 21, at the Buffalo Thunder Resort’s Tewa room, with advanced ticket purchase required.

Tickets are $125 each with funds raised supporting after school, summer camp, health scholarships, and the Y’s teen centers in Espanola and Los Alamos. In honor of the Y’s 60th anniversary, this year’s event is called the Red, Black and Diamonds Ball.

The ball is a formal black-tire affair where all are asked to dress in red and/or black. The ball includes silent and live auctions, raffle tickets totaling 200 for a one-week condo stay in Kona, Hawaii; an elegant dinner and dance.

Ticket sales end March 16. Information and tickets may be found at www.2015redandblackball.eventbrite.com.
