PEEC Class Get Grounded 9 a.m. to Noon, Saturday, June 15
Spend a morning connecting with Nature and the spectacular Los Alamos outdoors. While traveling scenic trails, as well as getting off the beaten path, participants will have the chance to get their feet dirty while we explore concepts of natural movement, grounding, awareness, mindfulness, and balance. In this age of fast-paced, high-tech lifestyles, this class will allow individuals the opportunity to slow down, observe, breathe, and enjoy the outdoors in a more deeply experiential manner. Participants should wear comfortable clothes they don’t mind getting dirty or wet, and should bring water, a hand towel, and a snack if necessary. This program will be led by scientist, environmental consultant, and expert herbalist Kristi Beguin.
