Garden expert Laural Hardin will discuss the types of beneficial insects and how they can be encouraged to thrive or be safely introduced into your environment.

Jemez Valley Story Telling Jamboree 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28 at Valles Caldera
A great place to tell wonderful stories. There will be food, vendors, demonstrators and activities for the kids.

Cheri Host 5k Fun Run/Walk 8 a.m. Saturday, July 27 at Pinon Elementary School (90 Grand Canyon) 
This fun run and walk honors Cheri Host, who succumbed to ovarian cancer in 2012. This is a fundraiser with proceeds going to support improvements to Sage Cottage Montessori School.
