Because members of the CIP Evaluation and Oversight Committee plan to attend the May 15 and 16 special Council meetings regarding funding and prioritization of capital projects, they have canceled their regular monthly business meeting at 5:15 p.m. in Council Chambers on Thursday, May 17.
