Cindy Hollabaugh Is New President Of LAAOR

The Los Alamos Association Of Realtors held its annual Installation and Recognition Breakfast Thursday at the Holiday Inn Express.

Ardy Hafer of Zia Realty Group emceed the event, attended by REALTORS® Association of New Mexico (RANM) CEO Steven Anaya, RANM President Baro Shalizi, NE District Vice President Paul Romero and Santa Fe Association of REALTORS® Liason Paco Arguello, along with local REALTORS® and affiliates.

Anna Earlene Caspersen of Los Alamos, Inc, REALTORS® passed the president’s gavel to Cindy Hollabaugh of Zia Realty Group who will lead the organization for the next 12 months.

“I’m very happy to be serving as president this year and look forward to working with all of the REALTORS® throughout the area,” Hollabaugh told the Los Alamos Daily Post. 

Caspersen, Ardy Hafer, who emceed Thursday’s event and Ina Acomb are charter members of the LAAOR, which was formed in 1977.

“In looking back over the last 12 months, it has been filled with challenges and new requirements from the National Association of REALTORS® for all realtors,” Caspersen said. “Our association certainly can meet those challenges and with our new board, we look forward to an exciting new year.”

The Los Alamos Association of REALTORS® (LAAOR) is a not-for-profit professional trade association created to enhance its members’ ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully, ethically, with confidence and professionalism.

The board of directors and general membership hold monthly meetings to discuss local REALTOR® issues, disseminate information, host speakers and network with related business professionals.

LAAOR’s primary objectives are to share information, provide education and mentoring, and help members adhere to all national, state, and local REALTOR® ethics, rules and regulations. LAAOR’s goal is to provide Los Alamos and surrounding areas with the most informed, trustworthy and professional real estate services possible.
