Los Alamos Community Services Department and Sancre Productions will present Chris Dracup & The Funk of the West at the Los Alamos Summer Concert Series this evening, July 24 at Ashley Pond Park.https://ladailypost.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/aaaaaaaaaZzxkkkkk.png

The concert series begins at 6:30 p.m. with the headliner taking the stage at 7:30 p.m. at the Pond.

Funk of the West is a six-piece dance band that fuses authentic American blues and funk with the infectious rhythms of African polyrhythms.

The Los Alamos Summer Concert Series is a non-ticketed, family-friendly, free community concert series, complete with food court, games, and beer garden. The event is held every Friday through Aug. 28.
