GOLF News:

Beginning Thursday, Aug. 13, the Los Alamos County Golf Course will be reconfigured to accommodate the irrigation upgrade project.

The project is moving forward better than expected so the front 9 will be opened and the back 9 will be closed.

The driving range will remain closed for about a week to allow work in that area to be completed. With only 9 holes to be played, tee times are scarce, and players are encouraged to reserve tee times at least a week in advance online.

The course will maintain the same open times as the past, 8:10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
