The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce hosted an educational seminar for business owners Wednesday evening at the White Rock Visitor Center about the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange. The Chamber, in partnership with the Association of Commerce and Industry and the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange, hosted the event to outreach and educate business owners on the new options available for healthcare coverage. Enrollment started Oct. 1 with coverage beginning Jan. 1, 2014. Insurance providers include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lovelace, Molina, New Mexico Health Connections and Presbyterian.
