Catalyst Conditioning Offers EVHS Benefit Bootcamp

Minka the small cat needs your help.
 
EVHS News:
 
A graduate of the Espanola Valley Humane Society (Class of 2011) Minka wants to help her alma mater.
 
In conjunction with Catalyst Conditioning, you, too can help out the shelter and get fit at the same time.
 
Sean Leffler is offering a one hour, all levels, bootcamp Saturday Feb. 23 and all he asks is that participants bring something from the list to help out the shelter.
 
And if you can shop local, Cyndi Wells at Pet Pangea in Central Park Square also has a copy of the list, so pop over there during your lunch hour and grab somethin’ for the critters.
 
EVHS Benefit Bootcamp
  • Where: 278A DP Road, Los Alamos (last yellow warehouse on the north side of DP road.)
  • When: Sat, Feb. 23
  • Time: 10 (registration) 10:15  a.m. bootcamp
  • Cost: Donation
