CANCELED: VFW Hosts State Veterans Officials Tonight

Update: This event has been canceled until further notice.

Veteran’s Administration Outreach Program Specialist Phillip Chavez and New Mexico Veterans Service Officer Jeff George will give a presentation at 5:45 p.m. today at the VFW Post 8874 at 1793 Deacon St., in Los Alamos.

All veterans are welcome to attend whether or not they are VFW members.

For those unable to attend this evening’s presentation, George’s office is in Room 1209 on the second floor of the Gary Carruthers Building, 1208 Camino Carlos Rey in Santa Fe.

Veterans needing assistance with federal or state veterans benefits are encouraged to make an appointment by calling George at 505.476.7903 or emailing him at jeff.george@state.nm.us. Walk-ins are welcome.
