Call For Vendors: TransRockies Race Series Event Sept. 19

COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County is partnering with TransRockies Race Series for a three-stage Singletrack Mountain Bike Race, with Stage 1 in Los Alamos Sept. 19, 2026. The event hub, Chillville, will be located at Ashley Pond Park in Los Alamos, with the event race starting at 9 a.m. and the event activities concluding around 3 p.m.

TransRockies and Los Alamos County are seeking all types of vendors for this event, especially those who can provide a variety of hot and cold drinks and breakfast items early in the morning, beginning at 7 a.m. and continuing throughout the day. Again, any vendor type is welcome: clothing, sport, craft, food, beverage, nonprofit, etc.

While the event is specialized and geared towards mountain bike enthusiasts and their families, the event is open to the entire public to participate and enjoy all the event happenings, vending, and music entertainment planned at Ashley Pond Park throughout the day.

The best part: participating as a vendor for this event is FREE. However, vendors are required to have registered their business with Los Alamos County and have the necessary insurance.

If interested, please complete the form at lacnm.com/SingletrackVendor. The information provided will be forwarded to TransRockies, and they will confirm entries for the event. Los Alamos County will be working closely with TransRockies, and further information, such as logistics and setup, will be provided as the event approaches.
