DOE Awards $42.4 Million Contract To Portage, Inc.

CINCINNATI – The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced that Portage, Inc., the incumbent contractor, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, has been awarded a $42.4 million contract to provide technical support services to the DOE Carlsbad Field Office (CBFO) in all program areas.
 
The contract includes a three-year base period of performance with one two-year option period. This contract includes the option to issue both Time-and-Materials (T&M) and Fixed-Price task orders.
 
Services to be provided by the contractor include:

Chamber Business Breakfast Rescheduled Nov. 19

CHAMBER News:

The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast, which was cancelled today due to weather has been rescheduled for 7:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19.

The breakfast meeting is focused on providing constructive input for sign code matters in the community. Business owners and managers are invited to enjoy breakfast catered by the Rosebud Café and then roll up their sleeves to review specific sections of the code.
