Burgess Issues Response To Findings On RCLC

Los Alamos County Manager Harry Burgess has released his response to the recent investigation by the Adams+Crow (A+C) law firm regarding the alleged improper use of public funds by the Regional Coalition of LANL Communities (RCLC), dated Aug. 8, 2018.

In his response, Burgess provides his perspective on the five specific requests made by Councilor Susan O’Leary and former Councilor James Chrobocinski. He also addresses what he terms misstatements/misunderstandings included in the A+C report.

Burgess explains that in doing so his intent is to address and hopefully remove any misconceptions regarding any incorrectly reported actions by County officials, thereby allowing the focus to be on the activities that warrant attention and potentially any corrective actions.
