The Brown Bag Performance season’s fourth monthly concert will be presented noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at Fuller Lodge and will feature the virtuoso talents of Kathy McIntosh, harpsichordist; Kay Newnam, violinist; Patrick Neher, contrabassist; and Candace Magner, guitarist.
The program will present Baroque and Classical era music along with a bit of Contemporary thrown in. Featuring the music of Corelli, Boccherini, Bach, and Hovhaness, these four musicians will knock people’s socks off with their inspirational vitality and formidable concert skills and experience.

McIntosh, Newnam, Neher and Magner are all professionally trained classical concert artists, having extensively traveled the world for their performance careers. McIntosh calls Santa Fe home, and the others are resident in Los Alamos (Neher is the Arts Council’s Executive Director). The audience will be fascinated by their abilities and by their diverse, artistic careers, and the light, playful and soulful music.

Remember, all Brown Bag Series performances are one hour, are informal, and are free to the public. Participants can bring their lunch to munch. The Brown Bags are a Los Alamos tradition that inspires the community and provides a venue for artistic expression.
