After reconvening for the third time at 4 p.m. today to deliberate the Sirphey LLC case, the Los Alamos County Board of Appeals recessed around 6 p.m. and will continue at 8 a.m. Tuesday (link). The hearing, which is being held virtually, was recessed due to the Zoom link being booked at 6 p.m. for the Town Hall on proposed Ordinance 02-323, which addresses vacant commercial buildings.
