- A. Case No. WVR-2018-0053- 509 Brighton Drive Waiver to the Los Alamos County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16, Development Code, Article XIII, Site Development Requirements, from a minimum front yard setback requirement of twenty-five (25) feet, to eighteen (18) feet, thereby encroaching seven (7) feet into a required front yard setback area; and a Waiver to Article VII, §16-271(a)(1), which limits the height of solid walls in a front yard to a maximum height of three (3) feet.
