SANTA FE — The Bureau of Land Management New Mexico State Office is seeking public comment on the supplemental analysis for oil and gas lease parcels initially included in the January 2021 Carlsbad Field Office Oil and Gas Lease Sale.

Jan. 29, 2021, the BLM issued a decision regarding the lease sale. BLM is now supplementing the analysis supporting that decision and will reassess the decision based on this new analysis.

The 30-day public comment period ends May 21, 2024. Interested parties may review the supplemental analysis and submit comments online via ePlanning.
