Stuart and Jacinta Rupprecht of Los Alamos announce the birth of their daughter, Shelby Delilah Rupprecht, March 23 at UNM Hospital in Albuquerque. Shelby weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Maternal grandparents are John and Joanne Lestone. Paternal grandparents are Ward and Katrina Rupprecht. Courtesy photo
