WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Jeff Bingaman will be in Los Alamos Monday, Aug. 13 and will address Los Alamos National Laboratory employees.
Bingaman will talk about the economy, the federal deficit and what Congress can do to address these issues, among other things.
Bingaman will also attend a reception hosted by the Los Alamos Historical Society at the Los Alamos Historical Museum to talk about a bill he has introduced to designate Manhattan Project sites around the country as National Historical Parks.

10 a.m. – Bingaman to address Los Alamos National Laboratory employees at Oppenheimer Study Center
1 p.m. – Bingaman to attend Los Alamos Historical Society reception at Los Alamos HistoricalMuseum, 1050 Bathtub Row
