Bible Opinion Discussion At La Vista Church Jan. 6

LVC News:

The Bible is arguably the most influential book in history. Regardless of whether a person believes in the Bible’s God Yahweh or not, one cannot ignore the impact of the Bible upon history and upon society today.

That being the case, perhaps the problem we have is not whether we choose to follow it or not, but that the vast majority of people, Christians included, have an opinion about what the Bible says and yet have not truly read it for themselves in its entirety.

And so beginning Jan. 6, La Vista Church invites you to come and give authority to your opinion.

Following a reading schedule that will take no more than 15 minutes a day you can read through the entire Bible for yourself.

Together, we will follow a reading schedule and 52 discussions about what was read, what was said, how we interpret it, and how it applies to your life. You can participate as much or as little as you like.

This is not just another Bible Study; this is a discussion that will allow every participant to know for themselves what the story of the Bible is really about.

Our desire is that everyone participating would walk away knowing what the Bible really says and what it doesn’t.

Everyone, from every walk of life, is welcome to come and join us as we meet 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday evening, beginning Jan. 6. We will meet at La Vista Church, 15 Grand Canyon in White Rock. Bibles are available free.
