Beta Sigma Phi Shares Ice Cream Social With Scouts

Heather Majors at Saturday’s Ice Cream Social. Beta Sigma Phi is an international group of women who care about each other, their community and the world. The main theme is “life, learning and friendship.” There are social gatherings, cultural programs and service projects.
