Bench Warrant Issued For Byron Henderson

Public Safety Alert:

Sheriff Marco Lucero would like to let residents in Los Alamos County know that an active bench warrant has been issued for convicted sex offender Byron Henderson.

Henderson was recently arrested on another warrant issued by the Los Alamos Police Department. Since that time, he was released and has failed to provide the Los Alamos County Sheriff’s Office with accurate registration information.

The bench warrant issued by Magistrate Court Judge Patricia Casados is for failure to comply with conditions of release.

For information regarding registered sex offenders in Los Alamos County, visit the Sheriff’s Office website and open the window regarding “Offender Watch.”

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Henderson is asked to call police dispatch at 505.662.8222.
