Becker and Bradley Speak Tuesday at Geological Society Meeting

LOS ALAMOS GEOLOGICAL SOCIETY News:

The next meeting of the Los Alamos Geological Society begins at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21 at the Christian Church, 92 East Road.
 
The featured speakers are Dr Steve Becker and Dr. Paul Bradley. Their talk is entitled, “A travelogue of New Zealand’s North and South Islands.”

The September field trip will be to Shark’s Tooth Ridge between San Ysidro and Cuba.

To participate in this trip, meet at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22 at Sullivan Field.

Plan on bringing a camera, sunscreen, extra clothing, water, lunch and snacks.
