RayLee Homes News:

RayLee Homes is excited to announce the ground breaking of Mirador in White Rock, one of the most in demand housing markets in New Mexico due to the influx of new jobs at Los Alamos National Laboratory, along with the high percent of retirees choosing to stay and live in the area.

Mirador in White Rock will provide 161 residential lots to be built on over the next three to four years. With current floor plans for 2019 ranging from 1,653 square feet up to 2,785 square feet, there is a floor plan for every lifestyle in the White Rock and Los Alamos area.

The succeeding residential portions of Phases 1, 2 and 3 will introduce a wider diversity of offerings. The Master plan for Mirador also includes approximately 12,000 square feet of commercial space and 60 multi family units.

The first half of Phase 1, consisting of 25 homes, has been released for sale. Due to high demand on the Phase 1 residential lots, to be one of the first homeowners in Mirador interested parties are asked to join the lottery now open on the RayLee Homes website at www.rayleehomes.com/mirador/.

Note: This lottery will close at midnight Sunday, July 7.
