Atomic City’s Got Talent Showcases Locals

It is no surprise that our community is full of talented people. Are they entertaining? You betcha! The United Way of Northern New Mexico Youth Team invites you to see for yourself.

At 7 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 23, Crossroads Bible Church hosts Atomic City’s Got Talent, a night of music, skits, and performances sure to bring laughter and smiles to your face. Acts include vocalists,a jump rope team, and a dance group and audience members are in for a special treat. This year’s event features a pianist who made it to the third round of America’s Got Talent. The former Vietnam Veteran plays music for healing veterans that have served our country. He plans on auditioning again in December. “I’ve learned a lot and know exactly what I didn’t do and what I need to do this time around.”

Los Alamos’ own Renegade Mountain Band has just released their first album, “Around the Middle” and have volunteered to headline the evening. Find out more about this amazing foursome on their website
