Atomic City Auctions is a new business owned by Randall Stone and temporarily headquartered in a home/office at 1169 Cheyenne St., in Los Alamos.

Atomic City Auctions is opening Feb. 1 in a new space at 70 Cities of Gold in Pojoaque to provide its customers with premier auctions that include one of a kind antiques, rare vintage items and contemporary pieces. The new location will include a package express center (UPS) and U-Haul dealership.

They will begin leasing 10×10 spaces effective Jan. 1 for antiques, collectibles and crafts and will offer several covered outdoor spaces for collectible cars and trucks to exhibit and/or sell.

Atomic City Auctions is looking for part-time employees including a general helper for U-Haul and miscellaneous labor. Applicants must possess a clean driver’s license and the ability to lift more than 50 lbs, on a regular basis. Other positions include cashier counter help, suctioneers online and live, craft instructors to teach both adults and children.
