This photo was taken just before 3 p.m., today July 23, on N.M. 4 on the south side of Ancho Canyon near Technical Area-33. Police said the driver was working on the road at the time the rear of the truck tipped sidways. He was not cited. Police conducted traffic control until the truck was straightened back up.
