C Discuss and vote on the final budget for commissioning woven glass kites to be installed on the fireplace at the White Rock Branch Library (Carson)
D Discuss and vote on the costs for re-locating “Spirit Dance” from Ashley Pond to the Columbarium including a new base (Carson)
E Discuss and vote on potential artwork for the Los Alamos airport – donated painting by Fran Stoval, aerial photograph by Don Taylor, and woven metal art by Maria Jonsson (Smith)

C Appoint an APPB member to serve as liaison to the Parks and Recreation Board to receive updates on the upcoming Recreation CIP projects
