Arts in Public Places Advisory Board meets 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, in Suite 110 in the Los Alamos County Municipal Building at 1000 Central Ave.
 
The meeting is open to the public.

A Minutes from the Arts in Public Places Board Meeting on April 16, 2018.
 
5. CURRENT PROJECTS
  • A White Rock Pottery Project – Update on Plaque
  • B Update on artwork at the Community Building  – Finalize plans for dedication event on May 10 and vote on the wording of the plaque
  • C Update on the creation of a possible ceremonial park honoring military service
  • D Update on artwork for the Columbarium
  • E Update on Hwy 502 Underpass
  • F Vote on the location for the kinetic wind sculptures
6. OTHER BUSINESS
  • A Update on the Call for Art Idea s- continue reviewing and evaluating the proposals and vote on which proposals to eliminate and which proposals to consider for further action.
     
7. CHAIR COMMUNICATIONS
  • A Farmer’s Market table – finalize plans and identify board members to staff the table

  • A Art Inventory/Maintenance issues – vote on recommendations for maintenance, if needed
