Anne Kain Joins Del Norte Credit Union As Enterprise Risk And Performance Excellence Manager

SANTA FE—Del Norte Credit Union (DNCU), Northern New Mexico’s hometown financial cooperative, has announced that Anne Kain has joined DNCU as Enterprise Risk and Performance Excellence Manager. Kain is based in the DNCU Los Alamos/Trinity branch.

Kain comes to DNCU with considerable financial industry experience having spent 17 years with Los Alamos National Bank, most recently as vice president of Accounting and Finance. She brings a wealth of expertise in regulatory compliance based on industry best practices and is skilled in creating collaborative, cross‐functional partnerships to enhance organizational performance.

In her role at DNCU, Kain is responsible for enterprise‐wide risk assessment and mitigation as well as helping create and maintain performance excellence throughout the organization.

Kain earned her MBA from UNM in Albuquerque in 2001 and resides in Los Alamos. She has demonstrated a longtime history of volunteer service with organizations such as Quality New Mexico where she currently is chairwoman of the Board. In addition, she is secretary of the Board of Espanola Valley Humane Society and is on the Board of the UNM Anderson School Alumni Council. Kain was recognized for her superlative professional achievement, leadership and community involvement with a 2015 Woman of Influence award from Albuquerque Business First.
