LARSO News:

The new 5th season of Downton Abbey premieres at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4 on PBS and as a prelude to this new season, the Los Alamos Retired & Senior Organization invites the community to An Afternoon at Downton Abbey Tea, 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4 at the Betty Ehart Senior Center, 1101 Bathtub Row.

The fever pitch is high in anticipation for this next exciting new season. Dress in period costume or as a 1920’s aristocrat and you will by served a mouthwatering afternoon tea with extraordinary entertainment. This event will be a great prelude to the grand opening of Downton Abbey Season 5.

All ages are welcome at this fundraising event. Last year the event hosted 57 enthusiastic patrons. Tickets, priced at $10 for children 12 and under, and $20 for adults, will be available at the Senior Center Reception Desk. All proceeds benefit social programs offered by the Betty Ehart Senior Center and the White Rock Senior Center.
