American Association Of University Women Invites Community To Fall Luncheon 11:30 AM To 1 PM Saturday Sept. 23

AAUW News:

The American Association of University Women (AAUW) invites the community to its Fall Luncheon, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23.

The Fall Luncheon will be held at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 2390 North Road.

The lunch will be catered by Ruby K’s and the cost is $15. Please text or email Mary Ann at 505. 660.2259 or moonbeamx@comcast.net to RSVP so she knows how many lunches to order.

During the lunch, a couple of young ladies and their mothers from Los Alamos Middle School who discuss their time at Tech Trek, a camp that AAUW sponsors to introduce women to STEM fields. Helena Whyte will show a video of the camp.

Attendees also will hear about what AAUW has to offer in terms of book groups and Great Decisions in which members discuss current events.
