Alzheimer’s Caregiver’s Fair Saturday at Fuller Lodge

The Los Alamos Committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s has organized, and Casa Mesita Thrift Shop is sponsoring, an Alzheimer’s Caregiver’s Fair 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday June 21 at Fuller Lodge.

This free even is especially relevant for those who care for persons with dementia, but those who care for those with other challenges will find the information helpful.  

On the Longest Day of summer, June 21, teams around the world come together to honor the strength, passion and endurance of those facing Alzheimer’s with a day of activity. Held on the summer solstice, June 21, 2014, this event calls on participants to raise funds and awareness to advance the efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
