Alert: Traffic Signal Mast Arm Pole Replacement On Diamond At Arkansas Sept. 15-16

COUNTY News:

Traffic and Streets will be working with vendor Bixby Electric to replace a mast arm pole on the traffic signal on Diamond Drive at Arkansas Avenue.

The project will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15 and end by 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16.

Traffic heading south on Arkansas Avenue to the Diamond Drive intersection will be detoured to 41st Street to Alabama Avenue. Westbound traffic on Diamond Drive will note a bike lane closure and a right lane closure. Traffic will be diverted to the left most lane.

There will be temporary traffic light outages and 3-way stop signs will be in place during these outages.

Business access will not be interrupted on Diamond Drive.

Proceed slowly through this work zone and be mindful of turning vehicles, equipment and workers in the area of this work zone.
