Alert: Los Alamos Parents Seek Information On Whereabouts Of 15-Year-Old Son Missing Since Friday

Parents of a 15-year-old Los Alamos teenager are appealing to him to come home and asking anyone who knows where he is to contact them or call Los Alamos Police Department Dispatch.

According to Jonathan Ferris, his son Hunter Ferris was last seen around 8:15 p.m., Friday at the Gordon’s Concert at Ashley Pond Park. Jonathan Ferris said Hunter told him he was not coming home and took off with friends. He said he doesn’t believe Hunter is in any danger and that he is probably hiding out with friends.

Jonathan Ferris said the situation has been reported to LAPD and that police officers have been checking various places around town hoping to find Hunter.

At this time, he said LAPD is handling it as a runaway situation. No further information was available today on this case from LAPD.
