FBI News:
The FBI is looking for Jay Patrick Mount, 34, of Albuquerque, who is wanted for the Feb. 25 robbery of U.S. Bank, 1418 Carlisle Blvd NE, in Albuquerque.
Anyone with information on Mount’s whereabouts is asked to call the Albuquerque FBI Office at (505) 889-1300 (24 hours) or Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers, anonymously, at (505) 843-STOP.
Anyone spotting Mount in Los Alamos may also call local police at 662-8222.
Mount is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall with a medium build. He has brown eyes and brown hair, although his head was shaved during the bank robbery.
Mount also may be wearing eyeglasses.
Mount may be driving a blue 2004 Dodge Neon with a New Mexico tag: MNH 120.
The FBI may pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the suspect’s arrest and conviction.
Witnesses say a man entered the bank at approximately 2:45 p.m. on February 25 and handed a teller a note demanding money.
The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The public is asked not to approach or try to apprehend Mount, who should be considered dangerous.
