A New Day Pilates Studio is growing and is offering more classes beginning today. Mondays are busy at A New Day. Pilates Mat is offered at 10:30 a.m. This class will help you begin your week with a stronger core!

If you prefer equipment classes, we offer a new class that includes Reformer and MOTR, we call it REFORMOTR! This class will improve your balance, core strength, aerobic capacity, and overall muscle strength, class is offered at noon Mondays and Fridays.

End your stressful Mondays with a Restorative Pilates Mat class. This class will send you home relaxed and help you have a restful night’s sleep. Class promptly begins at 6 p.m. This class is also offered at 6 p.m. Wednesdays.

If you prefer traditional Reformer classes, A New Day offers two reformer classes noon, 1:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesdays.

MOTR classes are also being offered at A New Day at 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Thursdays and 10 a.m. Fridays. MOTR is an acronym for More on The Roller. This dynamic piece of equipment combines roller exercises with Pilates mat and Reformer exercises. Also included in these classes are agility, aerobic and balance exercises.

If you are interested in any of these exciting classes give me a call at 505.412.5762. At A New Day we keep our classes small so that we can focus on each individual, so they fill quickly.
