Polyphony: Voices of New Mexico’s ‘A Celebration Of Women’ – music written by women, for women’s voices concert will see the highly skilled 11 voice ensemble collaborate with Santa Fe based poet, Pulitzer Prize nominee, Valerie Martinez in two performances.
The first is 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12 at the historic San Miguel Mission in Santa Fe (401 Old Santa Fe Trail) and 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13 in the glorious acoustical setting of the Cathedral of St. John in Albuquerque (318 Silver Ave. SW).
Polyphony: Voices of New Mexico is conducted by Founding and Artistic Director Dr. Maxine Thévenot.
Reserved seating is $35, $30, $25, $20 and $10 for the Albuquerque performance. Tickets are $25 for the Santa Fe performance. . On presentation of valid Student ID at the door, students will be admitted without charge. This includes college and high school students.
